Time flies when you play with chocolate!

As I finished my website last night I found these adorable photos of my kiddos enjoying "helping" me practice my tempering skills and I realized that it was two years ago that I started chocolate school at Ecole Chocolat.

So much has happened in the last two years and I couldn't be more blessed to be able to pursue my passions and let my family be with me for the adventure. I mean, let's get real... who woudn't want a mom that lets you eat chocolate all the time??

Oh... and please note, kiddos are not allowed to do this with chocolate now! This was only chcolate for practice not for others to enjoy!
